Welcome to Ojas Astro. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website ojasastro.com, our astrology consultation services, courses, and any related services offered by Ojas Astro, operated by Ojaswani Sharma ("we," "our," or "us").

By accessing our website or purchasing any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. General Terms

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services or make a purchase.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking consultations or enrolling in courses.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
• We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

2. Services Offered

Ojas Astro provides the following services:

• Astrology Consultations: One-on-one Vedic astrology readings including Career Reading, Health Consultation, Name Change, Match Making, Wealth Reading, Gems Stone Suggestion, and Birth Time Rectification.
• Astrology Courses: Structured online courses including the 6-Month Foundation Course and 6-Month Advanced Course through Ojas Astro Gurukul.
• Workshops: Yantra creation workshops, meditation sessions, and spiritual workshops.
• Digital Content: Blog articles, YouTube videos, and educational resources.

3. Payments and Pricing

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking or enrollment.
• We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect already confirmed bookings.
• In case of payment failure, your booking will not be confirmed until payment is successfully received.

4. Booking and Scheduling

• Consultation sessions are confirmed only after successful payment.
• You will receive a confirmation email/message with the date, time, and meeting link for your session.
• If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. We will accommodate rescheduling based on availability.
• No-shows (failure to attend without prior notice) will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
• We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be notified promptly and offered an alternative slot.

5. Course Enrollment Terms

• Course access is granted upon successful payment and is personal and non-transferable.
• Live classes are scheduled as per the course timetable; recorded sessions will be provided for missed classes.
• Course materials, recordings, and study resources are for personal use only and may not be shared, distributed, reproduced, or resold.
• Students are expected to maintain respectful conduct during classes and interactions.
• We reserve the right to revoke course access for violation of these terms or inappropriate behavior.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website including text, images, logos, graphics, course materials, videos, and designs are the intellectual property of Ojas Astro and are protected by copyright laws.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or use any content without explicit written permission from Ojas Astro.
• The Ojas Astro name, logo, and branding elements are trademarks and may not be used without authorization.

7. Disclaimer

• Astrology consultations and readings are provided for guidance and informational purposes only. They should not be considered as a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
• Results from astrology services vary and are not guaranteed. Ojas Astro does not make any claims about specific outcomes from consultations or remedies.
• The client is solely responsible for decisions made based on astrology readings.
• We provide honest, non-fear-based interpretations and do not encourage dependency on astrological guidance.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ojas Astro and its founder Ojaswani Sharma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use our services
• Any decisions or actions taken based on our consultations or content
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any technical issues, interruptions, or errors on our website

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

• Provide accurate birth details for consultation accuracy
• Maintain confidentiality of your account and login information

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
