- Scheduling: Sessions are scheduled within 3-7 business days from the date of booking, subject to availability.
- Post-Session: A summary of key points, recommended remedies, and any relevant materials will be shared via email or WhatsApp within 24-48 hours after the session.
2. Course Access Delivery
- Mode of Delivery: All courses are delivered online through live sessions and recorded video content.
- Access Granted: Course access and login credentials (if applicable) will be provided within 24 hours of successful payment via email.
- Live Classes: Schedule and joining links will be shared before the batch commencement via email and WhatsApp group.
- Recorded Content: Recordings of each session will be made available within 24 hours after the live class.
- Study Materials: Course notes, presentations, and supplementary materials will be shared digitally through email or a shared drive.
- Mentor Assignment: A personal mentor will be assigned within the first week of the course.
3. Workshop Delivery
- Mode: Workshops are conducted online via video conferencing platforms.
- Access: Joining details will be shared at least 24 hours before the workshop via email and WhatsApp.
- Recordings: Workshop recordings (where available) will be shared within 48 hours after the event.
4. Digital Products
- E-books, PDF guides, and digital study materials: Download links will be sent to your registered email within 1-2 hours of successful payment.
- Recorded Webinars: Access links will be provided within 24 hours of purchase.
- All digital products are for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.
5. Physical Products (Books)
For physical products such as "The Language of Light" book:
- Physical book orders are fulfilled through Amazon India. Shipping is handled directly by Amazon as per their delivery terms.
