This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations are handled for services offered by Ojas Astro, operated by Ojaswani Sharma. We strive to ensure your satisfaction and handle all requests fairly and transparently.
1. Consultation Services
a) Cancellation by the Client:
- More than 48 hours before the session: Full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- 24 to 48 hours before the session: 50% refund will be processed, or the session may be rescheduled to a mutually convenient time at no additional cost.
- Less than 24 hours before the session: No refund will be provided. However, one complimentary reschedule may be offered at our discretion.
- No-show: If you fail to attend the session without prior notice, no refund or reschedule will be offered.
b) Cancellation by Ojas Astro:
- If we cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative session slot at your preference.
- We will notify you as early as possible in case of any cancellation from our end.
c) Rescheduling:
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Each booking allows a maximum of 2 reschedules. After that, the session fee is forfeited.
- Rescheduled sessions must be completed within 30 days of the original booking date.
2. Course Enrollment
a) Before Course Commencement:
- More than 7 days before the course start date: Full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- 1 to 7 days before the course start date: 75% refund will be processed.
b) After Course Commencement:
- Within the first 7 days / first 2 classes: 50% refund may be provided upon request, excluding any materials already shared.
- After the first 7 days / beyond 2 classes: No refund will be provided as course materials and recordings will have been shared.
c) Course Transfer:
- Course enrollment is non-transferable. You cannot transfer your seat to another individual.
- In exceptional circumstances, a one-time batch transfer (to the next available batch) may be considered at our discretion.
3. Workshops and Special Events
- More than 48 hours before the event: Full refund available.
- Less than 48 hours before the event: No refund. Access to recorded content (if available) will be provided.
- All workshop materials and recordings provided are for personal use only.
4. Digital Products
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital downloads, e-books, recorded webinars, and study materials are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the download has been initiated.
5. Refund Process
- All eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction (via Razorpay).
- Bank processing times may add an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
- Any payment gateway fees or transaction charges are non-refundable.

- Your full name and registered email address
- Order/Booking ID or transaction reference number
- Reason for cancellation or refund request
- Date of original booking/payment
